Qwilr is looking for a growth-focussed Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager who can lead strategic digital marketing programs to help fuel the growth of our global business. We are looking for a highly savvy marketer that can own and execute compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that create and convert demand from our target audience.

Reporting to one of our founders, you will be an essential member of our go to market team and work closely with content marketing, product marketing, sales and operations. We’re creating a new product category, and looking for someone to help build on our momentum to become a true market leader

What you'll do

  • Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs to support the demand generation needs of the sales team so they can consistently hit their SQL targets.
  • Partner with content and product marketing to develop, execute, promote and produce strong content-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience and help build awareness of our brand and product category.
  • Implement and optimize marketing programs to nurture prospects and convert them into Sales leads.
  • Regularly analyze marketing and sales funnel data to optimizeand focus marketing efforts on leads that drive the maximum sales results.
  • Manage all marketing contact lists and establish deep knowledge of our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist to generate qualified interest.


  • You have 5+ years digital marketing, demand generation experience for a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • You have a proven track record of generating leads and pipeline via strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  • You have previously owned ad budgets that generated strong return on ad spend (ROAS), and personally managed and/or optimized digital ad campaigns.
  • You have managed automated email marketing systems, lead scoring, and other tools to automatically identify good leads and convert prospects efficiently.
  • You have experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce, Marketing analytics such as Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs.
